We started T'ai Chi on Wednesday and went again today. When we got home I already forgot the monkey move, which I thought was called the gorilla. If I can't remember the name how can I remember the move. Couldn't find a video for the move either so next time, I'm going to video the moves so I can remember them.
However, I did find videos for the Shibashi moves
