Everyone has probably seen the video of separating an egg yolk from the white using a plastic bottle. I got it from my cousin Michael and when I first saw it and checked for others on youtube they were all in Chinese. Leave it to the Chinese to come up with such a clever way to do this!
I wanted to try it myself but never got around to it, probably because I never needed to use an egg or maybe just forgot about it. This morning I was making meatloaf and decided to try it. IT WORKS!! It is so easy!!
