Happy Valentines Day

The day before, we went for a walk after there was some snow and I was able to get a really good shadow picture.

These are my Valentine flowers.

And we went out for dinner too.

Now and Later

We picked up our arrangement from Preferred Plants that we got from using our Groupon plus a hefty sum of $$.  The flowers are Ronacula.

We put them away to save for the Spring and in the meantime I got some fresh seasonal flowers.

We didn't do much planting this year because we were away so much.  Finally in mid June we bought some plants to put in some pots for the front and they looked pretty scrawny.  But this past week the Hibiscus started to blossom and I went outside to take some pictures and saw how pretty our pots filled in.
