Find text msgs on Mac

This is how you can find you're text messages on a Mac.

From the Finder Menu select Go and scroll down to Go to Folder

Type ~/Library/Messages

You will find all your messages by date and conversation.

To find email downloads go to:
~/Library/Containers/com.apple.mail/Data/Library/Mail Downloads
